There are seasons in your life when you will stop and look around and it seems that many that were nourished from the same roots of the Word with you, bathed in the light and the Grace of the Son with you, endured the rain and the storms with you, who were always there by your side have fallen away.
You may feel alone as life’s winds buffet you, trying to convince you to let go. Causing you to question if it is all worth it. The pain, the loneliness, the hurt. But you are not alone. You are never alone. Jesus said I will never leave you nor forsake, lo I am with you always even unto the end of the world.
Hold on my brother. Hold on my sister. This is just a season.
